Return Conditions

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and must include proof of purchase. Used, damaged by the customer, or incomplete items will not be accepted for return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method or store credit.

Non-Refundable Items

Sale items, used products, personal care items, and products damaged after delivery are not eligible for refund.
